JokeState.COM is an online platform created, owned and operated by Aqyanoos. The platform allows registered users to create personal profiles and publish content that may be publicly visible to other users and visitors.

Depending on the features available at the time, users may be able to:

• View content published by other users;
• Access free features; and
• Purchase or access premium or VIP features.

JokeState.COM does not currently provide a private messaging service between users. Content published through JokeState.COM is intended to be public unless the Website expressly indicates otherwise.

You should therefore carefully consider what information you choose to publish.

Aqyanoos may change, add, or remove Premium or VIP features, subject to applicable law and any rights you have already purchased.

Premium or VIP features may require payment. Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price and relevant purchasing information. Prices may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, promotions, payment method, or other factors.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information where required.

Where a Premium or VIP feature is offered as a recurring subscription, the applicable billing period and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated or prohibited by applicable law, subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled.

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method provided by JokeState.COM or the relevant payment platform.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.

Refunds for Premium or VIP features are subject to the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer-protection laws.
